Dodgers Slap 4-2 Loss on Nashville
|
Jonathan Allen pitched well, but the Nashville Sounds still lost the game, falling, 4-2, to the Oklahoma City Dodgers at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The win belonged to Yhonson Rojas in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Jonathan Allen took the loss for Nashville. The Dodgers have now reeled off 6 straight wins.
The game was on the line with two out in the top of the eighth inning, but Chip Hayes didn't flinch. With a runner on 2nd and Nashville trailing 3-2, Hayes retired Joey Pankake to end the threat. "Nothing to it," said Hayes, with a wink.
