Round Rock and Omaha duked it out and the Express came out victorious.

Round Rock pitcher Edgardo Morán had a large part in his team subduing the Omaha Storm Chasers, 5-2. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. Enyerbeth Lugo closed it out for Round Rock, earning his 13th save.

In the top of the seventh, Pat Hodge stood in the box, looking for a pitch to hammer. The Storm Chasers were trailing 4-1, but had the bases loaded. That's when Bob Robertson made a terrific pitch and Hodge grounded out. Gone was the dream of a Omaha comeback.

Round Rock now has a record of 30-24 with the win.
