The Salt Lake Bees wiggled past the Tacoma Rainiers, 5-4, at Smith's Ballpark. The win was highlighted by the performance of Salt Lake pitcher Octávio Rangel. The Bees sport a record of 25-37.

The Bees got a clutch hit from catcher Ken Hilton. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Bees.

"Always feels extra good winning this kind of game," said Rangel.
