Loss to River Cats Extends Tacoma Losing Streak
The Sacramento River Cats defeated the Tacoma Rainiers, 7-5. Center Fielder Anastasio Sánchez deserved a large share of the credit. Sánchez went 3-3 with 3 singles and a walk, while scoring 2 times for the River Cats. Hal Powell earned the save for Sacramento. Tacoma has now lost 7 consecutive games.
