Leonel Bejaran did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to spare the Omaha Storm Chasers an extra-inning, 8-7 loss to the Round Rock Express at Werner Park. Bejaran was 3-5 with 3 singles. He scored 3 times. The win was credited to 28-year old right-handed pitcher Miguel Da Silva in relief. His record improves to 5-4. Aurelio Jiménez took the loss. With the win, Round Rock raised its record to 42-31.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Ismael Díaz? The Round Rock first baseman had a run-scoring double in the top of the 11th inning to put the Express on top, 8-7. For the game, Díaz had 1 double and 1 single in 6 at-bats.
