The New Orleans Zephyrs beat the Round Rock Express, 5-2, at Zephyr Field. Darrell Taylor, who is tied for 2nd in the AC in home runs with 12, starred for New Orleans. He belted 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. New Orleans has now won 4 straight.

Taylor had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the eighth. On a 1-1 fastball from Jhoan Duran, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Zephyrs a 5-2 lead. It was the 12th home run of the year for Taylor.

"A great team win and something real positive we can build on," said Taylor after the game.
