Albuquerque turned a fine outing from starter Bob Bennett into a victory over the Nashville Sounds at Herschel Greer Stadium. The final score was 5-2. Geoffrey Lindsey was credited with the save. Albuquerque designated hitter Marc Davis helped the Isotopes go up, 3-1, in the top of the sixth inning. With the game tied, Davis hit a 2-run single off Nashville pitcher Tomás Sánchez.
