Bush, New Orleans Prevail in Pitchers' Duel
|
New Orleans Zephyrs starter Rob Bush turned in an exceptional performance against the Albuquerque Isotopes at Isotopes Park, resulting in a New Orleans win, 2-1. Earning the save was António Fontanez. He's now cashed in 11 of 15 save opportunities. The slumping Isotopes have dropped 7 in a row.
Bush allowed 1 run on 4 hits over 8 innings for the Zephyrs. He walked 0 and struck out 5.
"I felt good. I felt like I was locating the ball well and I was able to keep them off-balance," said Bush.
