Allen slugs 2 home runs as Arrows Squeeze Past Lehigh Valley
The performance of Joe Allen proved critical in helping Indianapolis beat Lehigh Valley, 6-5. The Arrows designated hitter was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The Arrows go to 50-56, putting them third in the West Division.

Allen had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 2-2 slider from Luis Gil, he banged a 2-run home run to right, giving the Arrows a 6-5 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Allen.

"I was making good contact tonight," said Allen.
