The Norfolk Tides picked up a win at Harbor Park, downing the Gwinnett Hammers, 10-2. On the mound for Norfolk was right-hander Miguel Lara, who played a pivotal role in the win. In 6 innings, Lara surrendered 2 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 1. He allowed no runs. Gwinnett is now 12-12.
