Mets Get Past Richmond for 4-3 Win
The Richmond Flying Squirrels got a sterling performance from pitcher Dave García, but the Binghamton Mets still prevailed, 4-3. García threw 7.1 innings of 6-hit ball. The Mets now have a record of 37-43 with the win over Richmond.

Chris Jenkins was the walk-off hero for Binghamton. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Mets right fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"This place was jumping at the end," Jenkins said.
