Rock Cats Get Clutch 3-2 Win
Behind an impressive start by Milo Sykes, New Britain beat Trenton, 3-2. The Rock Cats lead the Northern Division by 6 games.

The decisive blow was delivered by Gil Greggio in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a run-scoring double off 24-year old right-handed pitcher Mac Ward to win the game for New Britain. The home crowd went nuts.

Greggio attributed the win to "a well-rounded effort by the whole team."
