Fisher Cats Take Nail-Biter Over Curve
Led by Jody Johns, the New Hampshire Fisher Cats downed the Altoona Curve, 9-8, in 13 innings. Johns went 3-7 with 2 home runs and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring twice for the Fisher Cats. New Hampshire is now 59-48, Altoona 47-59.

The decisive blow was delivered by Micker Adolfo in the bottom of the 13th when he hit a solo home run off 25-year old right-handed pitcher Dan Conner to win the game for New Hampshire. The home crowd went nuts.

Johns told a New Hampshire Daily reporter that he felt "ecstatic" after the win.
