The Harrisburg Senators picked up a win at Metro Bank Park, knocking off the New Britain Rock Cats, 4-3. Starting pitcher Jim Matthews was a big reason why. The Senators sport a record of 45-67.

Juan Martínez was the walk-off hero for Harrisburg. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Senators second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"Jim executed his pitches at a high level," said Harrisburg manager Joe Mikulik.
