Rock Cats Slap 3-2 Loss on Altoona
|
In a low-scoring tilt between the New Britain Rock Cats and the Altoona Curve, Milo Sykes, who is tied for 3rd in the EL in quality starts with 15, was the difference-maker. The New Britain right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Sykes, now 10-5, was the winner. In 8 innings, he gave up 6 hits, while striking out 7, walking 0, and allowing 2 runs.
