Reading designated hitter Yairo Munoz had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Munoz was 2 for 3 with a triple and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once, even as Harrisburg beat the Fightin Phils, 6-4. The winning pitcher was Steve Strouse. He's now 5-10. He went 7 innings, allowing 4 runs on 7 hits for the Senators. Harrisburg is now 53-82. Reading is 77-58.

Álex Rodríguez had a big 2-run triple for the Senators in the bottom of the second inning. With Harrisburg leading 3-1 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a cutter from 25-year old left-handed pitcher Chip Patrick and swatted a triple to left-center. It was his 2nd triple of the season, and more importantly, it put the Senators ahead, 5-1.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Rodríguez said after the game.
