Toledo pinch hitter Jeff Lee helped his team beat the Norfolk Tides, 4-2. Lee, who is tied for 9th in the IL in extra base hits with 11, went 1 for 1 for the Mud Hens. The save was credited to Dylan Nash, his 5th. The triumph puts Toledo at 21-10 for the season.

Lee had a timely hit for Toledo in the top of the ninth. With Toledo trailing 2-0, he turned a first pitch fastball into a grand slam home run. It was his 1st home run of the season, making it 4-2, Toledo.

Toledo manager Yusmeiro Petit commended his team for "bagging a nice win."
