The Idaho Falls Chukars defeated the Helena Brewers, 7-5, in Pioneer League action at Kindrick Legion Field. Idaho Falls pitcher Dan Butler had a standout performance. With the win, the Chukars sit at 15-12.

Idaho Falls used the hitting of Salomão Saraiva to pick up the win. The second baseman clubbed a 2-run home run in the top of the second inning to put the Chukars on top, 2-0. For the game, Saraiva had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"Dan pounded the strike zone and made good pitches when he needed to," said Idaho Falls manager Shane Loux.
