Thursday, October 2nd , 2025
At the age of 23, Mike Evans of the Chicago A (AZL) White Sox could very well have his best years ahead of him.

"See the ball, hit the ball," he said. "That's my basic approach."

The top hitter put up a .482 batting average this year, as well as a .512 on-base percentage. He played 55 games and racked up 109 hits, 27 doubles, 4 triples, 6 home runs, 40 RBIs and 42 runs scored.

He received 5 first place votes out of a possible 14. Ken Bush of the Seattle (AZL) Mariners finished second in voting with 7 first place votes, while Clarence Ackerman of the Arizona (AZL) Diamondbacks finished third with 2 first place votes.
