Great Falls starter Willie Jones pitched effectively against the Helena Brewers at Centene Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a win, 5-4. Great Falls is now 24-14, Helena 17-21.

The game was at a stalemate until right fielder Chris Bow came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing Helena pitcher Stephen Chitty, he hit a 2-2 slider for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Great Falls on top, 5-4.
