Hoffman Helps ACL Outscore ACL
The ACL Guardians beat the ACL Diamondbacks, 13-10, at Chain of Lakes Park. The Guardians got a fine performance from left fielder Don Hoffman, who was 2-4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. Rob Lee nailed down the save. ACL now owns a losing streak of 5 games.

In the bottom of the seventh, the Guardians grabbed the lead when Hoffman hit his 1st home run of the season. The 3-run home run off Héctor Miranda made it 13-10, ACL.

"Been a rough stretch for us," said ACL manager Clayton Richard.
