The Ogden Raptors earned a close win over the Grand Junction Rockies, thanks in part to Ben Crews. The Ogden right-hander, who is tied for 2nd in the PIO in quality starts with 6, played a key role in the 3-2 victory. Crews picked up the win for Ogden, going 7 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 3-0. Octávio Vázquez picked up the save for Ogden, his 12th of the year.

Ogden used a clutch at-bat from Jeff Hamilton to capture the win. The left fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Raptors ahead, 2-1. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
