					| Biloxi Dismisses Chattanooga, 7-3 |
					| The Biloxi Shuckers reigned over the Chattanooga Lookouts in damp conditions.
Pat Slusher, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2024 draft, was locked in. The right-hander led the Biloxi Shuckers to a 7-3 win against the Chattanooga Lookouts at AT&T Field. Xavier Martínez went 6 innings for Biloxi to pick up the win. The left-hander was charged with 3 runs. He scattered 9 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 1. His record improves to 2-4.

It could have been a different outcome for Biloxi, had it not been for Ed Washington, the 24-year old center fielder . Washington contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth inning to put Biloxi up, 5-3.

"I play this game for myself and my family, but of course it's always nice when we can win," said Washington.

The win puts Biloxi at 20-33.
