The Montgomery Biscuits did just enough to sneak past the Biloxi Shuckers, 4-3, at MGM Park. Montgomery right fielder Greg Bailey, in particular, had a standout performance. The Biscuits improved their record to 19-35 with the win over Biloxi.

Rob Gill, who is tied for 6th in the SL in triples with 3, had a direct impact on the outcome. Gill contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to put Montgomery up, 4-1.

"We squandered some opportunities," said Biloxi manager Michael Barrett.
