Jacksonville registered a win at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium by beating the Montgomery Biscuits, 3-0. Pitcher Bobby Swanson was one reason why the Suns triumphed. Gunnar Walsh closed the door for Jacksonville, picking up his 20th save of the year. The first-place Suns have won 10 in a row.

Swanson, who leaned on his slider, allowed no runs on just 1 hit over 7 innings for the Suns. For the most part, Montgomery hitters were simply overmatched.

"The guys are feeling pretty good about where they're at right now," said Suns manager John Tamargo Jr.. "We have a lot of guys playing with confidence."
