Northwest Arkansas Makes Midland 4-2 Losers
Baseball fans saw a good contest between the Northwest Arkansas Naturals and Midland RockHounds.

Northwest Arkansas turned a good effort from starter Stan Spencer into a win over the Midland RockHounds at Arvest Ballpark. The Naturals won the game, 4-2. With the loss, Midland drops to 1-1.

Ramão La Arena had a big run-scoring double for the Naturals in the bottom of the third inning. With Northwest Arkansas leading 1-0 and a runner on 1st, he got a fastball from 26-year old right-handed pitcher Joe Lynch and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 1st double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Naturals ahead, 2-0.

La Arena said his team "played with determination."
