Crowley Shuts Out Midland, 6-0
Ken Crowley was in a mood to talk following the Corpus Christi Hooks contest against the Midland RockHounds, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the RockHounds, 6-0.

"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Crowley said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."

The left-hander blanked Midland on a 4-hitter, allowing 2 walks and racking up 5 strikeouts.

So far this year, Crowley has a 4-4 record with a 4.80 ERA.
