The Northwest Arkansas Naturals got a superb performance from pitcher Juan Ramírez, but the Frisco RoughRiders still won the game, 3-2. Ramírez threw 6.1 innings of 3-hit ball. Frisco reliever Manny Sánchez picked up the win, raising his record to 3-1. Johnathan Henderson was tagged with the loss. With the win, Frisco has a record of 15-39. Northwest Arkansas falls to 14-40.

Manny Zuziela delivered a big hit for Frisco. The second baseman drilled a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the RoughRiders ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit, but it was a beauty.

"We put some tough at-bats on some tough pitches," said Frisco manager Mike Breyman.
