Both teams had their opportunities, but in the end, the Arkansas Travelers got the win.

The Arkansas Travelers picked up a win at Dickey-Stephens Park, knocking off the Midland RockHounds, 4-3. On the mound for Arkansas was right-hander Mike Fry. He played a key role in the triumph. The third-place Travelers have won 4 in a row.

Arkansas took a 4-3 lead on Dave Richardson's 4th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which Richardson hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Midland pitcher Víctor Franco visibly frustrated.

"I was just taking it batter by batter, just enjoying the moment," said Fry.
