Meadows Helps High Desert Cruise to 10-3 Win
In the 10-3 High Desert win over Rancho Cucamonga, the impact of Steffen Meadows was substantial. Meadows was 4 for 4 with a home run, 2 doubles, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. High Desert goes to 4-4.

The Mavericks got a big boost from center fielder Joe Elliott who had a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the first inning off Quakes hurler Julián Segura. It was his 3rd walk of the season and put High Desert on top, 1-0.

"Enjoyed this one," Elliott told the High Desert Today. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
