Bakersfield designated hitter Sean Page helped his team beat the Lake Elsinore Storm, 17-6. Page went 4 for 5 for the Blaze. The win gives Bakersfield a season record of 27-12.

Bakersfield used a well-timed hit by Bill McKee to capture the win. The first baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the second inning to put the Blaze ahead, 4-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," McKee said.
