The Lancaster JetHawks dealt the Modesto Nuts a 4-3 loss at The Hanger. Al Baker was the star on offense. He was 4 for 5 with a double and 3 singles, while scoring 2. Steve White snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-2 on the season. Kel Clark suffered the loss. The first-place JetHawks have won 6 in a row.

Josh Davis was the walk-off hero for Lancaster. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the JetHawks center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"The other side took advantage in some key situations," said Modesto manager Doug Dascenzo.
