Keys Squeeze Out Win in Pitching Duel
Kevin Key pitched well, but his team, the Carolina Mudcats, still dropped a 1-0 decision to the Frederick Keys at Harry Grove Stadium. Jeff O'Brian got the win, improving to 1-0. He pitched 5 innings, giving up 2 hits and no runs, while striking out 5 and walking 2. The Keys have now won 4 straight.

With two out in the bottom of the fourth, Dylan Battle put Frederick in front, 1-0, with a run-scoring single. The Keys went on to win the ballgame.
