Dash Walk It Off for 28th Win of Season
The Wilmington Blue Rocks could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Ben Tucker into a win. Instead, the Winston-Salem Dash prevailed, 4-3. Tucker threw 6.0 innings of 1-hit ball. The Dash now have a record of 28-18 with the win over Wilmington.

José Medina was the walk-off hero for Winston-Salem. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Dash first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"It feels good to get this one," Medina told the Winston-Salem Daily News.
