The Frederick Keys topped the Wilmington Blue Rocks, 7-4, with shortstop Jeff Gillespie playing a big role. Gillespie went 2 for 4 with a double, while adding 3 RBI for the Keys in the win. Nelson Castillo earned the save for Frederick, his 7th of the year. Frederick raised its record to 28-25 with the win.

Kevin Reynolds had a big 2-run double for the Keys in the bottom of the fourth inning. With Frederick leading 3-2 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from 24-year old left-handed pitcher Chris Goodwin and swatted a double to center. It was his 18th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Keys ahead, 5-2.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Reynolds said.
