Gelderblom, Keys March to 7-1 Victory

The Frederick Keys topped the Winston-Salem Dash by a score of 7-1. Leading the way was designated hitter Elwiin Gelderblom. Gelderblom went 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Keys. The winning pitcher was Rod Fitzgerald. He tossed 80 pitches over 6.1 innings, allowing 1 run on 6 hits. With the win, Frederick pushed its record to 31-28.
Early in the game, Gelderblom had a 2-run home run for Frederick. It was his 10th home run of the season and put the Keys on top, 2-0.
