Carolina parlayed a decent outing from starter Kevin Kirby into a solid win over the Wilmington Blue Rocks. The final score was 4-2. Rudy Thomas got credit for the save for Carolina. It was his 23rd of the year. Wilmington now owns a losing streak of 5 games.
