Frederick took on Wilmington in a contest which featured a pitchers' duel. Tony Morín, in particular, was fantastic. The Frederick right-hander helped his team snag the win, 1-0. The win went to Ken Key in relief. His record improves to 5-4. Greg Moody took the loss. The win puts Frederick at 55-51 this season.

The Keys got a clutch hit from center fielder Héctor Cordero. In the bottom of the ninth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Keys.

"It's great when the crowd is energized," Cordero said.
