Fort Wayne Drops Peoria in Pitchers' Duel
The Fort Wayne TinCaps got a strong performance from pitcher José Hernández, who stymied the Peoria offense en route to a win, 2-1, at Dozer Park. The winner was Hernández. He threw 6.1 innings allowing 1 run. The loser was José Martínez. The loss puts Peoria at 18-9.
