MID News Flash: Development Facilities Open

With the season over and the final out recorded, teams are already looking towards the next year. Coaches, trainers, and staff are up the next day at the crack of dawn, moving pitching mounds into place, setting up equipment, loosening their arms, and prepping plans for the players they will be working with. With the doors of their development complexes open, organizations can now send players to their facility for personalized offseason work, in order to improve specific aspects of their game.

You can find the screen for the development facility on the team's development tab, all the rules are properly explained there.

The playoffs are over and another season is in the books in Midwest League. Today starts the offseason. Players go on vacation, but general managers gear up for an exciting period of roster moves! The offseason is just about the busiest time for a GM. He must assess his players, coaches and manager to determine the areas of need and ways to improve his club in the coming season. The right moves now will pay off in future dividends.
