Marc Reynolds left his imprint on the 6-5 Clinton win against the Fort Wayne TinCaps. Reynolds, who is tied for 3rd in the MID in runs scored with 22, was 1-1 with a double, 3 walks, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2. Loren Innis, credited with the win in relief, is now 1-2. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 1.1 innings. Julián Alou sewed up the save, his 7th.

Chris McIntosh drove in one run for Clinton. The 23-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 5-5 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Juan Santos. It was his 10th RBI of the season.
