The Kane County Cougars downed the Dayton Dragons, 5-2, at Philip B. Elfstrom Stadium. Coy Keller led the way, going 2-for-4 for Kane County. Oliver Salcido notched the win in relief. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3 innings. His record now sits at 4-0. The victory gives Kane County a record of 19-17.

In the bottom of the ninth, with the score tied, Keller hammered a 3-run home run to win it for Kane County.
