The Quad Cities River Bandits used the hitting of left fielder Ezequiel Cerqueora to subdue the Beloit Snappers, 16-2. For the game, Cerqueora hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 and driving in 5. Quad Cities pitcher Myron Nichols earned the win, hiking his record to 4-6. Han-soo Lee suffered the loss. Quad Cities has now won 4 straight.

Quad Cities catcher Shawn Hatfield contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the first. With two down, he hit a fastball to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 15th hit of the season and put the River Bandits ahead, 3-0.
