Whitecaps Send Dayton Home with 6-1 Loss
West Michigan Whitecaps starter Sandy Lowe pitched his team past the Dayton Dragons, 6-1. Lowe got the win, improving to 6-4. He gave up 4 hits and walked 2 over 7.1 innings. He allowed 1 run. The first-place Whitecaps, at 68-33, now lead their division by 15 games.
