A 3-RBI performance from Ernesto González helped the Cedar Rapids Kernels beat the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, 6-5. With the win, the Kernels sit at 66-48.

The game was decided with two out in the bottom of the ninth. With Cedar Rapids trailing 5-4, González jumped on a slider from 21-year old right-handed pitcher Walt Austin and hit a 2-run home run to right. With one swing, the Kernels had a walk-off win.

"This place went bonkers at the end," González said.
