Lane Sparkles in 3-0 Blanking of Norfolk Saturday, June 14th , 2025 Gwinnett Firebirds right-hander Joe Lane used his full arsenal to shoot down the Norfolk Tides, 3-0. All day long, he exhibited fine command of all his pitches, giving up 1 walk and striking out 14. Lane allowed 5 hits in the victory. "It felt like my catcher and I were on the same page all day, and Norfolk was on a way, way different page," Lane said.
