Pritchard of Lehigh Valley Voted Top Manager in IL Friday, October 10th , 2025 Club officials have reported seeing Mel Pritchard at the ballpark as early as 7 am. His dedication, coupled with a shrewd management style and a knack for knowing "who's hot and who's not" earned Pritchard the International League Manager of the Year Award for 2025. "I guess you could say I pushed all the right buttons at the right time for the IronPigs to have the season we did. But keep in mind, too, that I also had a group of dedicated ballplayers who played their hearts out. I thank them for winning this award for me." There was much joy in Lehigh Valley this season. Their beloved IronPigs took first place in the North Division, rounding out the year with a 80-62 record. |
