IL Awards Best Batter Prize to Abbott Monday, April 20th , 2026 When it came to hitting the baseball, Jeff Abbott was in a class by himself in the International League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding right fielder for Gwinnett tagged opposing pitchers for a .429 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award.
