Gwinnett's Abbott Bags IL Batting Award Tuesday, September 1st , 2026 Even though he is a newcomer to International League, Jeff Abbott put up some good numbers in August and earned the IL Batter of the Month award. He was one of Gwinnett's offensive leaders with a .327 average in 26 games. He also racked up 3 home runs, 15 RBIs, and 18 runs scored. So far this season, Abbott has 14 home runs and a .275 batting average. |
