Reno Lose, 2-0, to Zephyrs, Skaggs Tuesday, July 29th , 2025 In a seemingly effortless performance, Tyler Skaggs of the New Orleans Zephyrs shot down the Reno Aces, 2-0, on 5 hits. "Tyler was just locating so well and using his pitches," New Orleans manager Jody Reed said later. "He wasn't leaving anything over the plate." Skaggs recorded 8 strikeouts and 1 walk in a strong outing. "When he needed to make pitches, he elevated his game," Reno manager Ruben Niebla said in postgame comments to BNN.
